If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email email@example.com with the subject “Return Request” within 10 days of receipt. We offer a replacement or store credit less the cost of shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please complete the following:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return Request”
- In the body of the email, include your order number, reason for return, and indicate whether you would like a credit or replacement/exchange.
- Once you receive a confirmation email regarding your return, please pack artwork and all accompanying material in original box to ensure we receive it in the same condition as you did.

- Send us your order number as well as a digital photo of the damaged work and packaging
- You will receive a confirmation email indicating when your replacement will be sent, along with a pre-paid return label for the original piece.
