Returns

We’re hope you’re nothing short of ecstatic when our boxes arrive at your door. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email info@worthwhisland.com with the subject “Return Request” within 10 days of receipt.  We offer a replacement or store credit less the cost of shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please complete the following:

  • Email info@worthwhisland.com with the subject “Return Request”
  • In the body of the email, include your order number, reason for return, and indicate whether you would like a credit or replacement/exchange.
  • Once you receive a confirmation email regarding your return, please pack artwork and all accompanying material in original box to ensure we receive it in the same condition as you did.
  • Ship your package via USPS, UPS or Fedex to:

We ship to you via UPS using heavy duty corrugated cardboard, and make every effort to be sure that your acquisitions reach you unharmed. In the unlikely event that the work is damaged in transit, please email us with the following:

  • Email info@worthwhisland.com with the subject “Damaged Goods”
  • Send us your order number as well as a digital photo of the damaged work and packaging
  • You will receive a confirmation email indicating when your replacement will be sent, along with a pre-paid return label for the original piece.
